苏珊•穆勒 is a Senior 能源 Analyst with the Union of Concerned Scientists. An attorney with over twenty years of experience at the intersection of climate policy and the power sector, she worked for ten years as a regional enforcement counsel with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Building on her experience implementing the agency's coal-fired power plant enforcement strategy, she designed and taught one of the first courses on climate law in the United States, at New England Law in Boston, 从2006年到2010年. Prior to joining UCS, she worked as a consultant for utility-scale renewable resources in New England, advocating within the NEPOOL stakeholder process for equal access to the wholesale electricity markets and interconnection processes administered by ISO-NE.
Ms. Muller holds a BA in political science from Princeton University and a JD cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
